By placing a pre-order with Mangaya, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment

• Immediate Billing: Payment is processed in FULL at the time your pre-order is placed to secure your product.

2. Product Allocation & Order Fulfillment

• Fulfillment Priority: In the rare event that our distributor allocation is cut, orders will be filled in the exact order they were received. We operate strictly on a "first secure, first serve" basis.

• Refund Guarantee: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to distributor allocation shortages, you will be notified immediately and issued a 100% full refund. Mangaya is not liable for any further compensation beyond a full refund of the purchase price.

3. Release Dates & Shipping

• Release dates are provided by Bandai and are subject to change. 

• Mangaya is not responsible for manufacturer delays or mistakes, shipping delays or damages, or customs holdups.

• ​You must collect your purchase from the physical shop within three (3) days of receiving your official "Ready for Pickup" confirmation message from the Mangaya team. If the order is not collected within this 3-day window, your order will be cancelled, the items will be returned to stock, and a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• No Customer Cancellations: All pre-order sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once your purchase is completed.

• Fulfillment-Only Refunds: A 100% refund will only be issued if Mangaya is unable to fulfill your order due to supply shortages.
